Witch Hunter Seymore

Character Name: Seymore
Alias: The White Wolf
Age: 147
Height: 5'11
Wight: 185lbs
Gender: Male
Race: Elf
Class: Eldrich Knight
Alignment: LN
Abilities/Skills: Seymore is an Eldrich Knight which means he can wade into battle blending both magic and sword play. He has trained for many years in the arts of the blade under various knights and can easily stand his own in a fight with just his sword. He has also trained with some of the greatest Elven wizards in his pursuit of the arcane arts. To defeat magic, one must understand it. Saymore specializes in the abjuration school of magic, which is the use of magic against itself. As a witch hunter these skills are absolutely necessary for warlocks and witches use all manner of malicious spells. Seymore also has great understanding of the schools of necromancy, enchantment and illusion to which he is accustomed to combating. Seymore also makes great use of evocation spells and transmutation spells. In addition Saymore is a skilled alchemist and can make salves and elixirs in the field. He uses his knowledge of alchemy to survive long hunts in the wilderness and to enhance his natural abilities.
Equipment: Seymore wields a magical silver longsword which is bound to him. (its his bonded object from his wizard class) Seymore uses a silver blade specifically to counter magical creatures as they are more susceptible to silver. He often uses transmutation spells to add magical effects to the blade. Seymore does have a silver dagger he uses as a side arm. He rarely uses it and prefers his sword.
Seymore wears light, studded leather armor. He prefers the light armor as it is less distrustful when casting spells and allows for more maneuverability when engaging in sword play.
He also carries his spell book and field equipment for alchemy. His spell book is chained to his sash. Seymore carries little else relying on his abilities in the arcane, martial skill and alchemy to get him by.
Personality: Seymore is cold and calculating. He prides himself on being able to intimidate, using both his natural presence and status as an Eldrich Knight to gather information he needs. He does not hide what he is and openly welcomes challenges. He has a very dry and grim sense of humor and enjoys witty sarcasm. He is not quick to give respect, but once earned he is fiercely loyal to those he trusts. He understands the conflict between good and evil and will work with either side if it means he will accomplish his goals. He does sway more to the side of good and respects honor, but again he is not entirely opposed to doing evil to complete a hunt.
History: Seymore was found at a young age to show great aptitude for magic. He lived in a small Elven village that was famed for its work with silk. Seymore was taken in by the town mage to begin studying the Arcane. The wizard's name was Colfenor and he was famed among the world's mages for his mastery of transmutation magic. Seymore enjoyed his studies under Colfenor and he admired the wizard. About two years into his studies Seymore's village came under attack from various magical abominations. They were the servants of a powerful witch by the name of Savra. She began to slaughter villagers and drain their essence. Naturally Colfenor intervened and the two began a great magical duel that shook the ground itself. When the duel ended Colfenor was nowhere to be found and Savra had slain much of the local populace. It wasnt until a group of Eldrich Knights appeared and slew the weakened witch that the harvesting stopped. Seymore lost his family and his mentor that day.
The Knights found Seymore, still a young elf and took him in. They also recognized his talent for magics and trained him as one of their own. With the loss of his family and his former life he took to life as an Eldrich Knight quickly. He grew to love the hunt and trained tirelessly. He traveled a lot during his training, learning at various academies and accompanying more experienced Knights on their hunts. Seymore was a natural. He eventually became very experienced and occupied his time with hunting and was eventually allowed to operate independently.
Seymore shined as a witch hunter. Honing his skills and slaying many dangerous magic wielders. He became known as the White Wolf among his order due to his silver hair, amber eyes and his lone wolf style of hunting. As he began to take down warlocks and witches he discovered that many of them were linked to a coven of evil magic users.
Seymore now travels the world in search of more clues as to this coven.
